following when completing the club registration:
IF YOU ARE A PARENT AND NON PLAYER
1. Register yourself as the Primary Contact
2. Register someone close as an Emergency Contact
3. Register each child under your Primary Contact registration (you can
register all of your children)
IF YOU ARE A PLAYER AND A PARENT
1. Register yourself as the Primary Contact
2. Then register someone close as an Emergency Contact
3. Then Register yourself as a player for a competition
4. Then register each child under your Primary Contact registration

If you have a PlayOn! Voucher, please add this at the
payment stage of the registration process.
Important!
Our club incurs a 2.9% payment processing fee on ALL
payments made via Majestri, whereas payments made directly to our bank account
attract no processing fee.
To avoid the 2.9% fee, you can pay by bank transfer to the
club's account:1.
Please select 'Pay Another Way' at the payment
stage of the registration process.

An invoice will be sent to your email address.
The invoice will display the amount in column B (below)
3.
When paying by bank transfer to the club's
account, please only pay the fee listed in column A (below)

Step 2: Hockey Australia / Hockey Queensland
registration
All players must register
separately with Hockey Queensland/Hockey Australia for insurance reasons. The HQ/HA fee must be paid in full prior to
commencing training (payment can only be accepted via credit card).
This step can now be completed at
the end of the club registration process by clicking the blue ‘Register Now’ button
below the Rev Sport logo.

registration by navigating to: https://www.revolutionise.com.au/prsahci/registration/
Parents please note, it is the player's details which are entered into the first screen.
HQ/HA fees for 2026 are as follows:
· Senior (19 years and older) = $179.73
· Student (19-24
years) = $141.79
· Junior (9-18 years)
= $111.21
· Junior (4-8 years) * = $43.48
* This fee will appear as Hookin2Hockey
