Pine Rivers Cake Stall BBQ and Duty Roster

Dear All,

Just a reminder that tomorrow is our Duty Roster Day - Cake Stall and BBQ at Rasey. I will be arriving at approximately 8am and setting up so if you can deliver your cakes to me that would be great. We will need cakes all day so if you have a later game just drop them in when you get there.

If you have volunteered I will see you there and thanks again for helping out. I am sure all the U7/U9 parents are organised for the BBQ (your managers are great) so I hope we all enjoy the day. Those helping early we have to put all the posts out so please come and see me ASAP. thanks again and I will see you bright and early (or sometime during the day) tomorrow.

Dear Parents,

Please find attached the newsletter and a hockey clinic flyer for this week

We need 6 or 8 volunteers to help out on Saturday 27th March 2010 from 8am at Downey Park with our Working Bee allocation (putting numbers on the nets). Please see Marianne tonight or email if you can help out. The more helpers we have the quicker this will get done.

Sunday development day

Dear Parents

The development day planned for Sunday at Chermside has been cancelled due to the fields being needed for grading games, sorry and we hope to re schedule at a later date.

Newsletter and Training

Dear Parents,

Please find attached the newsletter for this week/last week

Please note training will be on regardless of the weather this week for JT3, JG3 U13 and U11 teams (if heavy rain we will utilise the club house). We will make a determination on Wednesday Morning for U7/U9 if it is still raining.

Please don’t forget birth certificates and paperwork if you have not bought it in already. BWHA requires all paperwork in this week/early next week so I must have everything to complete this.

For existing (returning) players to update the database I will need to collect birth certificate numbers for all players over the next few weeks (Qld no is the registration no listed 2010/xxxxx on the birth certificate). Could you please dig up the birth certificates and email the appropriate numbers to me (I do not need copies for existing players just the number).

Look in the newsletter for information about a development program coming up on the Turf (fun for all players) and for the Footy doubles available from this week.
